Quilts4Vets Launches
2024 Maker Campaign

Quilts4Vets launched it’s 2024 quiltmakers campaign for the 2024-2025 giving year on July 5, 2024.

Maker’s participating this year have an opportunity to win the Quilts4Vets’ Makers Grand Prize – a $500 longarm quilting services voucher from JT Quilting and other fun prizes.

Quilters register to make or help make quilts for veterans to enter and have chances to win the Grand Prize. Quilters may choose to make a full quilt, a quilt top, or finish (sandwich, quilt and bind) a quilt top provided to them by Quilts4Vets.

The drawing is help live on Facebook when approximately 80 makers have volunteered. So, the chances of winning are huge.

The quilts crafted by volunteers are presented to veterans suffering the ravages of war. The presentations are a surprise to the veterans and they are blown away by their heirloom handmade quilts.

The quilts are presented at events held by Peterson Outdoors Ministries (POM) at the Lodge of Hope. POM supports veterans through outdoor recreation and personal support.
